The only way to attend Dave & Tim Riviera Maya is by purchasing one of the packages on this site. Individual concert tickets will not be available. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. It is recommended that you explore the option of purchasing Travel Insurance.

All packages include:

  • 4, 5, or 6 All-Inclusive Nights at Moon Palace Cancún.
    • All 4-Night packages check in on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026
    • All 5-Night packages check in on Tuesday, January 20th or Wednesday, January 21st, 2026
    • All 6-Night packages check in on Monday, January 19th or Tuesday, January 20th, 2026
  • Admission into the venue for each night of the show. Please note: Main Stage performances on the beach will begin on January 21st, 2026

  • A Group Inquiry Form submission does not guarantee packages for your group.
  • We recommend submitting a group booking request prior to purchasing packages directly from the event site, but please do not rely on your request to secure your 2026 packages. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your request and review available options.
  • We will do our best to ensure your group's rooms are in close proximity to each other, however, we can not guarantee a block of rooms directly next to one another.

This is where lead guests can review package information, submit additional guest and flight details, as well as place proximity and hotel requests. Adventures for your party can also be purchased via the Guest Dashboard.

Trip insurance

Travel Insurance is recommended for your Dave & Tim Riviera Maya trip. We’ve partnered with Wanderwell to offer guests an affordable solution. Travel insurance will be available to add on to your package during the purchase process. Wanderwell is a Certified B-Corp and 1% for the Planet member. Airport shuttle

After you secure your spot on the beach for Dave & Tim Riviera Maya, all you need to do is book your flight to Cancún International Airport (CUN). We'll handle the rest! When you arrive at CUN, you'll be smoothly transported to Moon Palace Cancún, 15 minutes away.  

With international travel, guests should budget about 1.5 hours (sometimes as much as 3-4 hours) to get through Customs, catch the shuttle, and check in at the resort. 

Shuttle transportation between Cancún International Airport and Moon Palace Cancún is included in all packages. Make sure to submit your flight information in the Guest Dashboard (access details coming soon!). Without submitted flight info, you may need to use airport shuttles on a standby basis.

Please note: Shuttle transportation is only included between Cancún International Airport and Moon Palace Cancún. We can only provide arrival transportation when your flight lands at CUN. If you stay elsewhere in Cancún before your event package begins, you'll need to arrange your own transportation to the resort.

Documentation

If you’re traveling from outside of Mexico—including all guests coming from the U.S.—you must have a valid passport. Mexico has very specific passport requirements that all visitors must abide by. You can review these important requirements HERE

Please note: You will also be required to provide your passport upon check-in. We encourage you to PLEASE check your passport ASAP and make sure that it’s up to date.

Children are welcome at Dave & Tim Riviera Maya! Here’s what you need to know: 

  • Infants (ages 0-3): Free of charge
  • Children (ages 4-12): View pricing grid below
  • Teens (ages 13 and older): Full price

Infants and/or children can be added during the check out process, availability permitting. Please review the child occupancy grid to choose a package that fits your family. 

A birth certificate or government-issued I.D. is required at check-in. Children will not receive a Welcome Gift.

Dave & Tim Riviera Maya is committed to providing an inclusive experience for guests of all abilities. If at any time you have specific questions or concerns about the accessibility of the event, please reach out to our Guest Services team. We encourage you to make any requests as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.

The Moon Palace only has wheelchair accessible rooms in the Deluxe room type category and these rooms are limited. These accessible rooms are the same as other Deluxe rooms but offer a wider door frame and an accessible bathroom. If you require an accessible room, please purchase one of the following package types:

  • Venue Deluxe - King or Two Doubles
  • Moon Palace Deluxe - King or Two Doubles
  • The Grand Deluxe - King 

Please note:  Accessible rooms are NOT available in the Golf Course resort section. Accessible rooms are also NOT available in higher tiered rooms such as Deluxe Ocean View and Deluxe Two-Room Connected. Wheelchair accessible rooms are only available in the basic Deluxe room type category. Medical equipment, such as a shower chair, can be rented and added to any room type category. Check out the rental equipment options here and contact Moon Palace Cancún at least 30 days prior to arrival for rental instructions. 

If you use assistive technology (such as a Braille reader, a screen reader, or TTY) and the format of any material on this Web site interferes with your ability to access information, please contact Guest Services. PURCHASE & CANCELLATION

  • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • Dave & Tim Riviera Maya is rain or shine or partly cloudy. No returns, exchanges, transfers or cancellations. It is recommended that you consider purchasing travel insurance from a third party. Everyone and all items are subject to search upon entry and at any time inside the venue.
  • The only way to attend Dave & Tim Riviera Maya is by purchasing one of the packages on this site. Individual concert tickets will not be available. 
  • Any changes you request after your purchase is complete, to the extent permitted in our sole discretion, shall result in additional costs. If you purchase a package as a gift and submit the incorrect lead guest name, you must notify Guest Services within 48 hours of your purchase. 
  • All additional guest names for each package must be submitted within the Guest Dashboard by Monday, December 22nd, 2025. After this date, there will be a $100 fee to add or change an additional guest name to your package for check-in. If an additional guest arrives at the resort and has not been registered in the Guest Dashboard, they will not be able to check in until this fee has been paid.
  • Event dates, times, performers, as well as hotel information and amenities, are subject to change. Please make sure you understand the event’s Purchase Policy.

AGE LIMIT

  • The event welcomes guests of all ages. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase an event package. Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult.

Please reference the list below for prohibited and acceptable items within the venue. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry. We ask that you respect the resort and your fellow fans – if you violate any of these guidelines, we have the right to refuse entry or remove you from the event without refund.
