• We recommend submitting a group booking request prior to purchasing packages directly from the event site, but please do not rely on your request to secure your 2027 packages. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your request and review available options.
• We will do our best to ensure your group's rooms are in close proximity to each other, however, we can not guarantee a block of rooms directly next to one another.
